Pandaria problem loading the client

hello evreyone.
i have windows 10 op 64-bit
and i have downloaded MoP torrent from the site
the download was complete and it seem all files are ok
but when i launch the game from WoW.exe i get this message:

the files not including any repair tool or scan tool and i have no idea what to do,
what i did try so far is trying to launch the game with administrator mode and turn off the antivirus but non of them helped.

please guide me what do i do now.
