WotLK Icecrown Drop Rate issue.

hi my name is WickedMage on Icecrown server. I have been lvling and am up to lvl 55 now and i have only had 3 green items drop for gear from mobs. I have had to buy my gear from the AH because i cant get any armor or weapon drops from any of the mobs and i have been grinding hard for them. I was wondering what the drop rate for greens are and if there is an issue with it could it be fixed. Even in Dungeons the only drops of armor i get are from bosses and they dont drop stuff sometimes too

and for the 3 green armor drops i got they dropped within a period from lvl 15-55 thats all i have gotten to drop that whole time
