WotLK How to Avoid Ninja Community based Addon

what this addon do :
you can Rate player based on a lot of factor (how they behave in the dungeon, willingness to cooperate, gear status, etc)
but the most important thing is, this addon provide Notes and Rate, SHAREABLE between user

that means the more we use this addon, the more we can pinpoint the ppl with unwanted behavior (ninja etc) , soon the person with said behavior will be shunned because ppl will know how they act EVEN BEFORE they start dungeon with him.

This addon can bring the power of community itself to Avoid ppl with BAD Behavior.

PS: if u guys know any other addon that is similar to this, or even better please let me know on this thread

Hi,
been playing in warmane for several weeks now, the first thing i noticed on group behavior on this realm is that there are so many ppl considers it ok, or even the Norm, to take whatever stuff they want, as long as they can use it and the community dubbed this behavior as ninja.

i have my share on dealing with this kind of ppl and tried to bring them to the GM attention.
Sadly according to the GM my specific case are not within their policy for the perpetrator to receive any kind of punishment

my case :
5 man dungeon group
i went in as Tank
theres a specific item that i wanted from the boss drop
the item finally drop
the Dps in the group clicking Need
and i lost the roll
ps : the item is this http://www.wowhead.com/item=49783/lucky-old-sun
as you can see its safe to say that the item in question is specifically a Tank item

according to the rules above
from my understanding that 5 man group does not even count in the policy, only raid group (10 and above) to me this is disturbing, it means that in 5 man group, ppl can do whatever they want and get away with it.

Thats why i began my quest to look for certain Addon to help with this kind of problem

A lot of the 'Good' ppl ive met has taken this stance :

"yes i know he's Need ing on everyting that drops, but what can u do, i just try to ignore him"

this is really sad... i have played before on Molten, and i dont remember this kind of behavior running so rampant like now, and i dont know what is causing this, one of my guess is :

There Are No Repercussion Whatsoever For Being a Ninja in a 5 Man Group
You Can Do Whatever You Want, You Can Need Everything You Want

but i do know that this little addon can help a lot of us.

Or you could just take a screenshot, submit it to a GM in-game and then they can ban them for ninja looting. This seems like a lot of work that I and I'm sure others, wouldn't want to do lol.
