    In general there are 2 add-ons which enhance nameplates.
    1. TidyPlates
    2. PlateBuffs

    TidyPlates how multiple custom styles and a lot configuration but no support for crowd control/cooldown icons.
    PlateBuffs uses the standard blizzard nameplates and adds medium debuffs icons and large crowd control/cooldown icons above them.

    You can mix them up(TidyPlates for the custom nameplates and PlateBuffs for the (de)buff tracking) by downloading both and disabling debuff tracking on TidyPlates.
