Hi mates,
do you know any working AddOn for WotLK which can give me an Item Level? I don't need to see average iLvl of players. Just ilevel of single item.

You don't need an addon for that. Just go into teh game press ESC ---> Interface --> Display ---> Tick Show Item Level
