WotLK Question about Donations

I got some general Questions about Donations:
1. Why its not possible to buy ICC/Wrathfull gear with coins and only crappy lvl 213 items at Lordaeron ofc?
2. Lordaeron shop is very expensive Why?
3. is it possible to buy a straight lvl up to 80 on a char with coins?
4. is it possible to buypass the queue at icecrown when its full with a donation and how does it work?

3. on Icecrwon yes (20 coins), on Lordaeron not ( but you can still buy a lvl80 at Lordaeron "trade marketpalce")
4. donate once and you will be able to skip Icecrown que forever

1. Lordaeron is progressive realm
2. Simple reason no more cheap items for being king of the river /no pain no gain / work hard or pay heavy

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Coins> "character level up"

This feature does NOT include any gear/gold, so your charcter will be instant 80 but no gear and no money
