Tbh 70s are dead they're not coming back. Unless... Nah they dead. Every bracket is inactive except 78-79. I've seen other level twinks but not enough for them to be active. Even 60s are beginning to die on horde. Trying to jump start another bracket is not worth it anymore. Unless you got that die hard dedication which I lost a while ago.
Best thing to do is either join the fun with 78-79s or enjoy the end game.Edited: August 4, 2016
