I have CTS (normal) and PNL (hc)

P.s. : I was using CTS (normal) before obtain PNL (hc) . now confused

Your acronyms are hard to decipher. I still dont know which trinket you meant by CTO. Phylactery becomes obvious after seeing cd but its still weird name for it.
In general phylactery is great, its proc is monstrous and crit is nice. Only trinket better than it is Charred Twilight Scale which has similar SP proc with smaller number and cd which evens out but insane haste on it improves not only your dps but also fear, demon summoning cast time etc.
Personally Im using both being human but if I were to chose one Itd say scale is better overall but Id take phylactery for battlegrounds regardless just to have even more burst.
