Also with the pally+shaman team, if the tank is taking more dmg than the whole group, don't stop to chain heal with all of them, remember your lesser healing waves, they are fast casting and four of them should top off your tank in one shot.

I've found that for these instances, I prefer a Disc priest to shammy heals, the preventive damage serves me better than the chain heal spam. I find it to be more focused
