Character trade system broken?

So, how is it possible to trade your Character for coins duo minimum price is extreme high?
I got some Classes i don't play and thinking of getting some coins for them . Since i only do pvp its mostly pvp gear, pretty ok gear score.
But nobody is willing to pay 280 coins + for a character, right?

Is there any other solution except removing your gear and sell it for cheaper price? (everybody does this, dosen't look like people are buying)
I could coin gifting the coins back, but i doubt people have 280 coins on their account?

Do not want to make another topic so gonna ask here.

I have premium account with 50+ coins.
My friend has premium account with 20+ coins.
Each time i want to send 30+ coins to my friend i have an error:

1 week has passed, have the same error, so waiting doesn't work.
Wtf ?
