there is a way but you must spent coin !!! i think warmane should make this option for points!

yes, you can. Go here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services
Select Froswold Realm > Select an active Character(it does not matter who) > Set Currency:Points > Character Restoration

Now you should see a list of all characters deleted in the last 30 days betwen level 85-90.
Change pssw so your brother will not bother you anymore

there is a way but you must spent coin !!! i think warmane should make this option for points!

At the moment it is available for Points on any Realms exept Lordaeron
