i never played rogues and i want to try twinking on icecrown/lordaeron

any guides or advices?

If you never played a rogue before, I wouldn't advise you to make a rogue twink. You might have a hard time if you want to win bgs. Unless, of course you want to make a toon to ambush unsuspecting enemies :)
