Pandaria I need help fixing interface addons

Well, I got some issues with interface addons from blizzard, i deleted the interface file and now all the addons i have are postal, atlas and atlasloot, all other blizz addosn disappeared; however, the game still works, partially. this screen always appears while i'm in game

Is there a way to solve this? should i reinstall the game? where can i get the missing files? Thx =) .
PD: i've not been able to connect to any server( not only warmane recently * 1-1 1/2 hour ago*) , is it due to my missing files?

Redownloading Interface and WTF folders should be enough. Make sure to backup your own addOns first.

When it comes to the connection, it was a global issue. It was not at all related with your addOns.

where can i redownload interface files, cuz when i start wow, it doesnt create any Interface file. I created a new file called Interface where I store my downloaded addons but blizzard addons don't appear.

delete your "Interface" and "WTF" folder and get new one from the "MoP minimal" torrent from here: https://www.warmane.com/download
