WotLK Penance still bugged?

Hey guys,

is it true, that the Penance - spell still doesn't work properly? That means - sometimes just 2 instead of 3 channels?

I was just wondering, because this bug was posted in the Bugtracker quite a long time ago.

Had penance clip several times within the past week, still happening for sure. Haven't had a first-tic clip in a long time, but second tic interrupts still happen.

I confirm. This still happens sometimes. I think it's often because of the delay caused by lags or FPS drops. Not sure about the reason, but I confirm it still happens.
