    Where are Heirloom vendors?

    Hi,

    I would want to know where (exact place) are the heirloom vendors on this version of the game.
    I've looked on the net but only found information about the official version.

    NPC in WINTERGRASP fortress (when your faction controlls it), sells heirlooms for stone keeper shards.
    NPC in Dalaran near all badge vendors sells heirlooms for badges.
