I know u can get weapon and shoulder with EoH. But where can i get the rest from? The chest, legs...

There's no chest/legs heirlooms on wotlk dude, sorry...

There are chest boas in 3.3, theyve been added in 3.2, but only the pve ones

There are only 4 heirloom pieces: Weapon, Chest, Shoulder, and Trinkets.

You can get them all from the Heirloom (and Emblem of Heroism) vendors in Dalaran, or from the Argent Tournament once you are a Crusader, for Champion's Seals instead of Emblems.

Then there are PvP versions you can find in Wintergrasp, if your faction has control of it.
