Pandaria Missing mount

I just got back on after being away for a year, when I signed in I noticed that I was missing a mount, upon further inspection I am missing my nether drake mount, which shows that I paid for it on my account. I was wondering if it was possible to get the mount back. On a side note, my wife's account is also missing all of her dragon mounts, but I will submit something for that in a little bit.

As a donor you should use premium service to request a sollution. First time i read/heard about a mount gone missing btw.
