No zeppelins or boats on Blackrock?

Okay, so I got bored of leveling on Icecrown so I decided to take a break by multiboxing a number of characters on Blackrock with a plan to attack Stormwind. However, I waited a while but no ship arrived at Ratchet. So I went to Orgrimmar, and no zeppelins arrived either.

Are ships and zeppelins disabled on Blackrock?

Teleport to the training dummy area. Queue for BG and enter/leave the bg. Now u should end up at a graveyard in Stranglethorn form where u can walk to SW.
