WotLK What are the Profession perks/benefits in arena rankings?

Just started replaying wotlk, and is currently trying to build profs around arena wotlk, but I'm getting mixed answers from googling. Can someone list the professions perks benefits for arena? Atm I'm looking at engineering and so far I can't tell what works or is disabled. Appreciate the help.

Usually casters go for BS or JC + engineering while melees pick BS + JC. Tailoring can be used by melee for 400 attack power proc for more burst damage.

Engineering allows you to use rocket every 45 seconds, off global cooldown for 1500-2k damage, or 340 haste for 10 seconds every 45 seconds so it's usually favored by casters (not necessarily healers).

JC and Blacksmith allow you to add bonus to specific stat (which arp, resil, haste) while other professions like Alchemy and Enchanting give bonus to only specific stats.
