1. BiS weapons for fury non-donor?

    I'm almost at 30 vote points and i would like to know what are the BiS non-donor weapons for a fury warrior or what should i buy first, i have looked at other threads here but i've seen too many different opinions

  2. Glorenz and Cryptmaker should be your best choices.

    Double Glorenz is also a possibility however I always go for Cryptmaker for the ArP value help.

  3. Thank you! and what about Shadow's Edge? Why is cryptmaker better?

    http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50603 vs http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49888

    Superior weapon damage from Cryptmaker;
    Superior ArP value;
    Also provides you hit rating to make you stand solid on your hit value while getting your gear sorted out. Just the superior weapon damage should be a proper answer to your question, I believe.

    Unless you're talking about getting weapons from the Vote points you have where I will indeed tell you to obtain http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49888 and http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50070 for the maximum damage output.

  5. Thank you! and what about Shadow's Edge? Why is cryptmaker better?
    SE is the better option if you manage to hit cap (5%/164 rating) yourself without the weapon. Same goes for the Glorenzelg vs. SE discussion, if you manage to expertise cap without Gloren. However, going for Cryptmaker or GLorenzelg might still be the better option in the long run as an "cheap and easy" to get alternative to SE is http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=51796.

  6. Thanks for the replies, so i'm thinking of buying Glorenzelg as my first weapon (and yes, it's all from vote points) and then once i get to save for the 2nd wep i can decide between Cryptmaker or SE according to my stats in that moment, is that a good choice tooo?

  7. Well, take a look at your gear and evaluate what you need the most. A trinket (e.g. http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=54569) is often a bigger damage increase as taking a 264 weapon over a 251 one, for example. It's hard to say without knowing what you have access to and what your gear looks like.

    Try to check you stats in that moment and make sure what would be a better upgrade for you. I would personally suggest you to try to get your hands on STS first since the attack power proc is a huge DPS increase after you grab your main weapon.

  9. Hi guys, to make it more easy for you guys to help me, here are the details

    My current stats are: hit 164 (5% i think), crit 27% , Expertise 9

    And this is my armory http://armory.warmane.com/character/...ecrown/profile

    I would really appreciate it!

  10. Make you sure you take http://wotlk.openwow.com/spell=29590 and get Glorenzelg. If you - for whatever reason won't spec into precision - get Cryptmaker.

  11. In general Cryptmaker is a very bad weapon, in 3.3 you`re looking to minimise the amount of Hit you have, not maximise it. It is far easier to overcap it, than to undercap.

    So what would you recommend? Glorenzelg + SE? And which one to buy first since i can only afford one atm

    Considering Cryptmaker a bad weapon for a Fury Warrior goes beyond my reach. You're essentialy stating that the weapon that will provide him a high ArP value is unnecessary; You should know that in case your main weapon is Glorenz you want to have Cryptmaker to sustain the ArP value while the Glorenz will sustain the Expertise. Also ignoring the weapon damage seems to me a little bit ironic. Everything needs to be kept in consideration, such as his balance of stats, we can't just come in here and drop the generalization of "it's so easy to overcap hit rating".

    If you have Shadowmourne you're going tu use Glorenz as off-hand. If you don't you're going to use Glorenz as main hand and Cryptmaker HC as off-hand for a good while.

  14. [Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand] 271 ilvl + [Shadow's Edge] 264 ilvl, using votepoints i guess, should be the best start if u ask me.
    [Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand] 284 ilvl + [Warmace of Menethil] 271 ilvl, eventualy from raiding.
    Just try to get one weapon with Crit + Armor pen and one weapon with Crit + expertise. Or both weapons Crit + armor pen. U need only 5% hit from gear for cap (+3% from talents) so Cryptmaker is bad from my point of view.

  15. As Gnimo has said, SEdge and the Warmace are both good ArP choices, over Hitmaker (huehue pun).
    I`d probably recommend getting a Gloren for points and buying a SEdge for 25 Primos if you can afford it. There`s a non-zero chance that you will be able to complete it into a SMourne sometimes in the distant future.
