No there will never be dungeon finder on Lordaeron .

Better enable Dungeon Finder for lvl 80 players. There is no reason to break blizzlike system of playing just to make this realm harder.
Dungeon Finder makes easy to find a party and get into the dungeon, not to play.

They have said this many times, the server are not made to be "blizzlike". So people need to stop using the blizzlike version as the "correct". And if it is blizzlike you want, there should not be any RDF yet. It should be released in the later patch.
