eh, soo hc hasn't even been opened yet so my guess would be no... not yet anyway

and when they open the raid on heroic, they'll probably add the items to cash shop at around the same time, so it'll be just like the other realms...
all endgame content available both "played for" and "paid for"

In pvp u dont even have to do arena to get BiS gear.

You are telling SoO gear is terrible easy to get? Sure as long as your in a guild without braindead people and even soo its not that easy. You can get MOP pve gear as easily as Cata pve gear... About pvp how do you not have to do arena to get BiS ?

Yeah you will need a guild for pve, PuG raids are rare. The reason you can get Prideful without arena is due to the fact you can get your 2200 weekly CP from battlegrounds. You get 150cp for 1st win of the day, and 75 for every win after that. Sure it will take a while but its an example.

Also the point about lower levels getting CP/HP faster is useless cause at end game its all the same gear

Just no. You can't get 2200 cp from bgs only... Only 1800 cp can be gained by bgs or arenas and the rest should be acquired using another method (1800 bg and 400 arena or vise versa or if you do rated bgs). Also MoP is not that gear oriented comparing to WotLk.

I wouldn't call it useless. A majority of people went the easy way out, got their cp and when they achieve level 90, they had enough CP to buy a full set of end-game pvp gear, some even had enough to buy more than just one set of items, etc.

The old level community who on't level see CP amount as a sense of respect, I think someone had racked up more than 150k+ cp because he was that overly hyped up for these fights, the Taruen Paladin in Red plated armor.

But yes, it's not smart to call something useless if you haven't taken up and or been through the experience for a period of time.

There is NO pay2win on Warmane. 1. PVE cannot be p2w, you are doing sonething as a group by fighting non players, so it can only contribute to your group. But indeed you can buy pve items for coins that can cobtribute you in PVP. Some raids are kinda buggy so some items cannot be obtained normal way but thats just temporarly.
2. PVP well you can get all the gear needed same as you would with coins and getting full PVP gear is easy if you know to play well, same as any other game.
3. There are visual items you can get with coins that you cant obtain in game (mounts such as celestial steed etc) since old cintent doesnt work (coming out by the end of the next month entirely)
4. You can get richer than others if you spend coins from the marketplace but gold aint that usefull in any PVP unless its win trading

On top of everything you can sell **** and in return get coins so you can buy ANYTHING same as people who spent bunch of IRL cash to obtain stuff faster.If you are not premium abd you cant use item trading, just find someone who can do it for ya.

Aaaand lets not forget that you can buy **** with Vote Points

tldr: There is no pay to win unless you think cosmetics are p2w.

EDIT: Everyone who thinks that item trading is bias and its too hard to earn coins from it, you need 1-2h to farm stuff to make Vial and it goes for 2-3 coins on marketplace, and it sells fast!

You can't buy the heroic stuff, but you can still buy for example, Garrosh's (normal) drops, eventhough he isnt available yet

Dude, are you hearing what your are saying? That is exactly what pay2win means you buy the freaking gear for irl money instead of spending time in game to get it. Imo its just ****ing pointless because if i dont want to spend money and spend 2 weeks getting decent gear, a dude can just buy it all in a few minutes... the only way you could say 'yes' is if SoO HC items were in the cash shop already and donors could get them while normal people could only dream... or perhaps better put as bis pvp gear as pve isn't so competitive... this is seen more in cata's coin shop seeing as neither 3s nor rbgs are active enough to properly obtain rating for elite gear

Ye thats how it is on MOP here.
Short version of all here talkin: Since there are bosses which cannot be defeated and u can buy items from them on site (from soo such as garosh or spoils which dont have loot) yes it is p2w :)
