Val'anyr Quest line?

I'm a resto druid and I'm trying to get Val'anyr for obvious reasons, but I would like to get it through playing world of warcraft instead of paying for it. I can't seem to find anything on whether or not the quest line is all working??

As Proterean mentions there, when you get to the last part of the quest line to contact for the completion.
