i get this when i try to enter game

I have the same issue as OP.

Tried the solution on the gif but still having the same problem.

any other step i should try? Running this on Windows 10 btw.

edit: Nevermind, im an *****. Did the change on read-me to the launcher, not the folder. Its working now, thank you so much :D
