PVP in WOTLK or Cata has never been good. If you want to play good pvp come MoP. Since PVP power stat is added in MoP there are no more tanks in pvp (well you may see some tank in BGs but they are like big dummy- they can never kill you)

u call mop better then wotlk or cata prob u cant kill a arms warrior or feral druid they have tank tallents and are unkilleble way harder then a prot warrior
