Missing caracter

Hi,

My caracter from the realm lorderon has desapierd. i had a hunter lvl 30 and i didnt play form2 mounts. I know the server didn't restart because some friends of mine keept playing and there caracter are ok. Can some one tell me what happend

mine to i had paladin lvl80 and hunter lvl 70 and now they are gone... :(
