Anyone notice there is no rotface on ICC raids ??

We went icc and when we reached Rot / Fest , apparently Rot is not spawning , well then ofc there isnt proffesor and no LK either , is this some sort of joke??
or it just got bugged in the last 2 days ? Amazing things getting bugged out of the blue ...

does this happen in both 10 and 25 and all difficulties or only on 10n?

UPDATE: Festergut is now spawned and gives loot, the catch however is that he doesn't trigger any boss event nor does he attack or use any spells.
Feel free to drag him around ICC all you want.

So fixes yet the PP door? ..... Have a lots of raids on delay .. ? Cant do LK , at least fix PP door to able to do LK .. this is sad ..
