WotLK Warlock leveling

Leveling a Warlock as my first character on this server and I seem to be having a pretty hard time (level 16 currently), Is leveling the class hard or am I doing something wrong? Also if someone could suggest me a leveling spec with talents that would be appreciated.

Icecrown or Lordeiron ?

If u re playing at Lordeiron (ratio :1 ) it is normol having trouble. It is hardcore server.
But if u talk about icecrown u doing something wrong for sure.
In both cases i advice u to play as destro while leveling. Either it is easy to learn how to play lock as destro or easy to do quest (hardiest ones too) with using voidvalker.
Destruction tips while leveling :
Ur damaging skills re immolate, corruption and searing pain at the begining.
When u open conflagrate skill Buy Glype of conflagrate from AH, and use it after immolate applied on mob.
When u put 50 point to destruction tree , u have new spell name : chaos bolt. It is ur best damaging skill ingame. 12 sec.
Not sure but when u become level 63 or 64 u ll replace searing pain with incinare.
Use voidvalker always while leveling. (It has huge health pool and taunt ability, u burst mob meanwhile.,

I'm on Lordeiron, leveling has gotten a little bit easier now. Thanks a lot for the tips, I'll be sure to keep them in mind.
