Where are epic gems?

- Dragon’s Eye gems stat bonuses increased. In addition, these gems are no longer prismatic and must be matched to the appropriate colored socket to activate an item’s socket bonus.
- New recipes have been added for cutting epic gems and can be purchased using Dalaran Jewelcrafter’s tokens.
- Icy Prism now has a chance of yielding an epic gem.
Raw epic gems can be obtained via the following means:
- Prospecting Titanium Ore
- Alchemy transmutations
- Purchased with honor
- Purchased with Emblems of Heroism

So the question is: when are you gonna add this?

Trial of the Crusader and Champion are now released on Lordaeron!
Trial of the Grand Crusader as well as Onyxia's Lair and Koralon the Flamewatcher will be released next Wednesday along with new vendors for epic gems and transmutes. PvP vendors will be updated to Relentless gear tomorrow.

So all the epic gem patterns are out and alchemists can transmute every gem except cardinal ruby. Will the quest be added so alchemists can do this?

After several update,what we get today is no pvp gem vendor which was INTRODUCED IN 3.2.0 .

I'm starting to believe that this was done on purpose to nerf the PvP.

Gm says that this is not patch 3.3.5,so they wont release them.

Cardinal Ruby

This is the WotLK version of the Crimson Spinel, the epic red gem. Already in the game files, it has been officially introduced in patch 3.2.0, and can be obtained in the following ways:
prospected from Titanium Ore;
created by an alchemical transmutation using 1 Scarlet Ruby and 1 Eternal Fire;
sometimes found inside an Icy Prism created by a jewelcrafter;
bought for 20 Emblems of Heroism from Arcanist Ivrenne, Magistrix Lambriesse, or Harold Winston in Dalaran;
exchanged for 10,000 honor points from Captain O'Neal in Stormwind or Lady Palanseer in Orgrimmar.
Cardinal Ruby can be cut in the following variations by a 450 Jewelcrafter (the respective designs can be bought from Timothy Jones in Dalaran, Inessera and Nemiha on the Aldor's Rise and Kirembri Silvermane on the Scryers' Tier in Shattrath for 4 Dalaran's Jewelcrafter's Tokens each):
Bold Cardinal Ruby: +20 Strength;
Delicate Cardinal Ruby: +20 Agility ;
Runed Cardinal Ruby: +23 Spell Power;
Bright Cardinal Ruby: +40 Attack Power;
Subtle Cardinal Ruby: +20 Dodge Rating;
Flashing Cardinal Ruby: +20 Parry Rating;
Fractured Cardinal Ruby: +20 Armor Penetration Rating;
Precise Cardinal Ruby: +20 Expertise Rating;

Makes no logic whatsoever since epic transmutes and everything accordingly to 3.2 patch notes was released,its like releasing gear 4 pve,but not pvp.
Either you are trolling or we must wait 4 official statement that gems will not be released that way (kinda pointless aint it).
