Can't Register Guild Charter / Creating Guild

I have my Guild Charter Full, All signatures.

The name is politically correct, having no weird or insulting nature.

And i can't Register it... SO i can't create my guild.

I Click the option and nothing happens.

It's a common issue. Unfortunately the only solution to be found currently is deleting your charter and get a new one and starting over.

This is a known issue for months. Even though my issue was on Icecrown. Please read my comments and it may help. There are many other same reports on the bug tracker as well. Lucky I was able to resolve this issue by the Gm not logging out. Not sure what your situation was.
If you still can not register your guild charter, I would Pm a Gm for help.

Put the charter in your main backpack, not any of your extra bags. Magic!

yesterday on icecrown, i had my guildcharter in my main backpack, 9 signatures later i was a new GM
