Need help locating a dungeon quest for Wailing Caverns

Hey I've looked on Google for the start location of the quest Leaders of the Fang and the guides i found told me nara wildmane in Thunder Bluff is the quest giver. I've done this on a Vanilla realm before and Nara definitely does give out this quest in Vanilla, but she doesn't seem to on Wotlk (or at least this wotlk server; I've never played wrath before). Can anyone help me find out where this quest starts in wotlk or let me know if this is just a bug.
