1. Are previous raids being buffed further after ToC release?

My guildies had been PuGing some Naxx for awhile, and claimed that Razuvious just received a few million HP than pre-ToC release, causing some people to speculate that the raids are being buffed further.

And then after browsing the Realm Information, I found this tidbit

Raid Difficulty enhanced with increased damage and
health pools based on community progress
Does this mean the buff scales with content releases? And if this is true, does this affect heroics as well? Because the same guildie ran into some problems with Volkhan in Halls of Lightning HC

  2. None of heroic dungeons are buffed. And "based on community progress" means that, let's say a raid is buffed by x%, the GMs will monitor the progress in terms of how many guilds are able to do it, how easy the encounters are, how fast are they done etc. Based on that, they will tinker the difficulty accordingly.

Haven't done Naxx in a while. if one boss was buffed, it could be by mistake, not sure why they would mess with bosses in older content. Don't think it matters really much since with the current gear level, Naxx should be rather easy.

  3. why would you buff old raids? not like anyone will ever enter a foot again in naxx10/25 or uld10.

only smart thing would be to nerf naxx to retail lvl so there are atleast some pugs for fast emblem grind and some 213 offparts. and nerf uld 10 beside maybe yogg/algalon so people still do that and not everyone ignore these raids
