Lordaeron Broken Quest Givers

Hey guys. So I've noticed some of the quest givers in the world have decided to stop giving quests out entirely and have retired from their jobs as quest givers and now stand there blocking progression. I will include one example of such with the human starting zone but I've seen similar issues with questgivers in Astranarr and Lakeshire. Please fix this issue so I can go back to leveling my alts.

I have experienced this in Northrend many times, as well as bugged quest mechanics. Would like some feedback from the warmane staff, saying something... Like you can guys just say nonsense, but at least say something about these bugged quests.
