Technical Glyphs disabled

Hello guys!
It seems I have a problem with glyphs while playing MoP. Every time I want to open the glyph menu on my talent panel, it shows a blank empty window with no glyphs while a warning pops up saying that glyphs are disabled. How do I enable them or fix the situation?

Obviously, yes.

I'm positive that the problem is purely technical in nature. I've been playing WoW for about 8 years now and I've never come across anything like that.
Also the window that pops up kinda makes it obvious that it's something with the system and not my incorrect playstyle.

I'll really appreciate some help.

Follow these steps:
1. Open your WoW folder and delete "WTF" and "Interface" folders
2. Now get a new "WTF" and "Interface" folders from the MoP minimal torrent ( here: https://www.warmane.com/download ), and place them in your WoW folder

Ok guys. Sorry for not answering for some time but I couldn't play WoW recently to verify the solution.
I checked it today, everything seems to be working quite fine.
