Theres 2 ways to join us!

1) Make application at http://vanquishershere.shivtr.com/

2) If you sure of your Skills, Gear and Expierence. You can whisper to one of Officers to invite you for Trails, if you pass it you can stay in guild ofc!

I suggest to all players dont join this guild,they will only inv ppl with no requriemnts or anything and when you join this guild you are just ther like a spectator watching how they make raids and only inv few ppl that are like ther frends or something like that, group of 10 ppl and they raid with ther main chars and after that they raid with alts when you ask if ther is place to raid they will just ignore you or say is full only chance you can raid is toes and hof which nobody cares about you can pug that and clear all bosses so i suggest you dont join is better to have no guild than this so called guild,and yes one other thig we say they make raid tot or soo 10 man and ther is 20 ppl online in that guild with ilvl over 545 they will no ask in guild if someone wants to join raid no they will go to horde side and call ther frends to come to alliance chars so they can make raid with not inv guild ppl or atleast asking if someone wants to raid.

Dear Inspect, we recruiting each of the player that meet Requirments, as Davv133 said 500 Item Level, TS3 and knowledge about Raids is Minimum.
We inviting everyone that Meet Requirments on Siege on Orgrimmar. As new Guild we focusing on progress but we carrying too, as you can see Many New Raiders joined on our SoO Trials and got Geared Already. If you ask Officer's he cant ignore you, and i dont think so even would be there a accident like that but if there would be, you can say about it to GM and he will help this one Officer to make him Better. Or if you totally Dumb like spamming each Officer like "When are we raiding" even raids are at MoTD or Calendar and he Answered you, you shouldnt be mad on him cause he ignores you in this situation.
Everyone are welcome in our raids, and we taking many raiders as we can take, we trying to make Progress and Gear Up other Raiders. And to the last you said, you wrong cause we inviting everyone that can use Team Speak 3, Skype or Smillar Things, and has Suitable DPS for following Raid. And as i said, we focusing on Progress at SoO, so we cant take like 60K AOE DPS on SoO till we end Galakras or Gear Up our Core Main's. If you want join SoO you can join Core Run if we will lack one of core members. Or easily come on Alt SoO. If we have 20+ People online in guild after 20 days of guild exsistence, that means not everyone are just like spectators and can join raids?
I hope you won't have Same Problems at your new guild that is possible to do Progress at any Raids, Good Luck! :)

Inspect, in your opinion we should stop doing progress and Carry each Member at SoO or ToT HC even hes 60K AOE Rogue, gear them up. Save Spots to each member,wait for them even they are late like 2h then they get geared up and just will leave our Guild and that just Die, thats it? Everyone have spots in our raid, just have minimum gear item level on following raid or DPS. We asking everytime even before we doing raids will be there any players Up on following raid.
