Deleted items?

All of my bags and items within those bags have been deleted from the merge?
Is that normal or can I get them back?
Characters name was romality but changed it to mitchtko

Hello, There are limitations on what you were able to transfer with the merge.
Only your backpack the original 16 slot bag only, nothing else.

Players will be able to transfer manually using the website and carry over their equipped gear and everything they deem necessary in their backpack. Other items and rest of the inventory (bank, other bags, void storage and et cetera) will not be transferred over.
