I'm having some issues

So, I installed Mists of Pandaria, tried to run it and this appears:

I've tried running it as administrator, same problem opens again.
Also disabled all my security programs and still didnt work.
Not sure if I posted in the right topic, if you have any ideas please help me :)

Looks like you have your client folder set as a "Read Only" folder. Try to do this;

Right Click your WoW folder (The original root folder not the sub-folders) and check if the box "Read Only" is checked. If it is, take the check off and apply the new settings. Try running your client now.
