ony25 loot bugged

I just did ony25 and the loot bugged? im still at her corpse right now but we are unable to loot? Please assist?

That happened to us too, but i believe it is because a person left the group. The loot somehow block itself because of that. It unlocks again if either the person that left rejoin the group or (and i may be speculating in this) If enough people leave the group after the first one left.
