I have all patches + old wotlk client.
Mmm, that's weird! Try to re-download and re-apply patch F and download also the new patch G and new patch K from the previous page, one of the last posts
Fixed. Problem was in patch F.
hello all. i will start my first post by saying that this server is hands down the best. trust ive been through all of em. secondly i would like to ask if i am to rewrite the names or such. i extracted the patchs in data/ i didnt do anything else. i followed the guide, but i dont really see a change in model or textures.
Hello there,
Which patches have u downloaded and applied? Btw, yes you only have to extract the file .mpq inside Data folder.
A screen of your Data folder could be helpful and maybe also a screen in-game so we can better understand if there is a issue or not.
IT'S epic, not "seems" :P
These textures are obv heavier in terms of resources than the classic ones. If u tweak video settings you will notice only a moderate impact on fps. It's obvious that it depends on your pc's specs but on a dual core with 4gb ram and a dedicated video card (at least) it works simply fine.
http://imgur.com/a/srrIo is the image of my data folder. there isnt any problem everything work fine. i did notice a lag while playing but i use wifi so i figured that must of been it.
Ok, so you don't have this problem anymore?
not really sure what they were suppose to look like. i just started playing wotlk i use to play classic 9 years ago. i was on pwi for the other 9 years lol. its really no worries. i just thought it made a deference to have the new models included. only real thing i can say has changed is the nightsaber it was white when i played other servers and its black on here

New char models: http://imgur.com/M7nxPi2
The difference is not only esthetical but also animations are different.
