Patch conflict. Are u using the warmane's new client?
If yes, cut away from Wow-->Data folder the files patch-x.mpq and patch-w.mpq and then apply the patches from my post:

I am using the new WoTLK client that comes with WoD models.
Also, i'm using the patches you posted on the first page, are they outdated? I see you're editing them.
One more thing, when I try to delete these marked in red, the problem that happens in the face of the character seems to be solved, but the game keeps disconnecting in some areas.
Update: I deleted patch-x.mpq and both problems seems to be solved.
Lets just wait and see if I'm not going to get dc'ed.
Do i have to delete patch-w.mpq?
I deleted patch-w.mpq, and this happened.

Maybe this is the old "new" warmanes client, not the last one.
Go into wow->data-> enUs. You should have another file names patch-w.mpq cut it away
is there any way to model race swap without it ****ing up faces of other models after I use these creature / wod models?
is this what you mean another patch-w.mpq?
After i deleted the highlighted file on the picture, it fixed the orcs faces but...

Yes, that patch.
I suggest you to download from https://www.warmane.com/download the "old" wotlk client and then use the patches putting them into Data folder.
You can import the WTF folder for settings
okay. downloading it now.

Some textures may not be loaded correctly sometimes, expecially in high-load zones like dalaran.
