WotLK Cinder or Fallen crusader mh for frost pvp

What should rune should I use ?
Can't decide between Cinder and Fallen on mh with razorice on off, cant afford atm to have more weps on siwtch other than sword and spell shattering.

FC is superior in general. Cinderglacier would have to proc a lot more to compete with FC.

FC boosts your burst with trinket procs a lot more reliably (getting CG for procs seems huge RNG to me, FC is usually up).

Also FC lasts for more than 2 frost strikes, unless you have godlike RNG of having double CG proc in row, doing HB + 4x frost strike with FC proc is easily better than just having 2 frost strikes boosted by CG and waiting 20 sec for new one.
