Pandaria Talent Problem

Recently i got into SoO and i had to change my talent for next boss. When i tried to change my talent nothing happened. My talent ui went mad mode, meaning i couldnt learn lv60 talent but i could learn and unlearn every other talent. Ok i will tell in steps what have i tried in order to fix it, but nothing helped me.

So i tried using /reload - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Leaved group checked if i was in combat(i wasnt) - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Relogged - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Restarted game - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Deleted cache, wtf folder - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Tried switching 32/64 bit client - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Disabling all add-ons - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Trying to learn with /script - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Used .unstuck - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Tried within arena - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Tried on different PC - Talent tree still says 1 unused talent, but i cant learn it.
Unlearned talents at class trainer - Could learn all but lv 60.
Unlearned Spec and learned it again- Could learn all but lv 60.

And yes i do have tome of clear mind.

I have to say i did not had any problems earlier. Im here for quite some time and this is my first problem that i cant solve myself. Thats why im asking for community/Staff solution.

Bump, Still got an issue with this.

active secondary spec, maybe you can use lvl 60 Talent on that

Tnx for the reply, but i have done all that. Gm responded he cant do amything about it and that i should use bugtracker. But that will take quite some time to get fixed. Isnt there any solution that is not involving bugtracker since i havent seen anyone with that issue. Hopefully some dev will bump this thread
