Feral attack power from weapon

I don't know of I should post this here but still I need an answer.
I'm leveling a feral right now , and I wonder about the attack power bonuses from weapons while in cat/bear. So I'm currently using the 1-80(heirloom) 2h mace but there ain't no additional ap bonuses. Does it comes after a certain level or I took the wrong mace or what is it ?

I'm talkin about the bonuses that appear as an additional tooltip in the weapons and can be seen only by druids. For example a 271item lvl polearm and in the tooltip it says
Gives additional XXXX attack power while in bear/dire bear/cat form.

There are items that give additional Attack Power as a secondary bonuses.

Heirloom doesn't. That's why you don't see it on the tooltip.

Has nothing to do with being a druid.
