Quest Bug: Massacre At Light's Point

I am trying to use the cannons on board the ship but I cannot select them. I created a ticket and a GM replied stating the issued was fixed. Nothing has changed and I cannot select the cannons to destroy the enemies on the shore.

I tried to leave the DK area in Eastern Plague lands but there is an invisible wall so I am stick in that region. It appears that I must finish this quest to move on?

Anyone else have this issue?
