You don't need a capture card nor any specific camera to record your in-game video. A free and most commonly used software solution - even by big let's play youtuber's - is OBS.
Fraps is to the game capture world that Ventrilo is to the VOIP world - Gosh darned old, outdated and someone shoulda shot it and put it out it's misery a generation ago.
Use OBS if you want something free, if you want something paid(and generally higher quality, or at least feature rich) I personally use Minrillis's Action! software.
Open Broadcaster Software is the best atm.
GeForce experience is also good, but only for Nvidia video cards.
PlaysTV is another good alternative, but it cuts some FPS and the new UI is really annoying at times.
Overwolf seems to be decent as well, but I haven't really tried it.
The best recording software you could possibly get your hands on would be Action!
It's far better than any other program out there and lets you record in 720p/1080p without lag while Fraps would burn your CPU most likely.
Give it a try and you'll never use another program - ever.
