So to be totally clear. Battleground wins now have a drop chance for the scroll and it is live now? Can we get this verified?

I tought that u can simply just retransmog an item with the new apearance...

And it is working like this. I changed the appearance on my xbow twice w/o using a Scroll of Purification.

Daggers = Daggers, Fist = Fist, Sword = 1handed mace/sword/axe

Not sure if this was suggested prior to you, but this seems like a client issue all together. Re-downloading the client might be a solution too.

If this doesn't seem to fix anything, we can look into it further.

I can confirm this for Icecrown, got it on my priest today. Hopefully they enabled it for you guys as well.

Scrolls dropping in Arenas was an oversight, caused by the fact Battlegrounds are technically just a different type of "arena" for the game.
We apologize for the brief mistake, it's already being dealt with.

Yes, it means they weren't supposed to drop in Arenas, as we have said before.
