Horde or Alliance? LF Guild start at 7PM Pacific (PST) 10PM EST

Hello Warmaners,

Looking to find a leveling/raiding guild that will work for my time zone (Pacific Standard Time - Westcoast Canada/US).

Should I go Horde or Alliance? I'd like to know which faction has the most Guilds for Pacific players. Ultimately I want to revisit Raid content, preferably with a 7PM Pacific (10PM EST) start time.
