Vengeful Gladiator Weapon

Where is the Vendor for Vengeful Gladiator WEAPONS, I know the Set (armor) vendor is in Gadgetzan, but I can't find the Weapon Vendor anywhere near..

hmm, strange I got the same issue with the vendor of Brutal gadiator's weapons, I looked for him in area 52, in gadgetzan, I even went to the arenas in nagrand and blade's edge mountains hoping that he was misplaced, but no, he was nowhere to be found, I wonder if this is an actual bug, I'm gonna check the bug tracker later

I am not sure if Brutal / Vengeful weapons were obtainable during wotlk. I think the vendor only got re-introduced in 4.0.1.
