PVP - so many AV all time

Hi Warmane,
I want to ask, if its normal that AV logs like 60% of all time in random BG queue and if anyone can do something about it. This made me really mad all time since I only play PVP. I think the main problem is that AV consume so many players in additional 90% of them leave it so it can consume like 100+ players per 1 game because nobody likes this long and boring BG.

And the second but (for me smaller) problem is honor gain in WG:
If you read from http://www.wowwiki.com/Wintergrasp, it should reward bonus honor as following:
-Wintergrasp Victory rewards 3000 Honor.
-Wintergrasp Defeat rewards 1250 Honor.
-Tower Damaged grants up to 750 Honor.
-Tower Destroyed grants up to 750 Honor.
-Damaged Building Reward grants up to 750 Honor.
-Intact Building Defender grants up to 1500 Honor.
-Players will receive increased honor with increased rank.

Players will be awarded 1 Mark for being a Recruit, 2 Marks for being a Corporal, and 3 Marks for being a First Lieutenant.[4] Players of all ranks will earn just 1 Mark if their side loses the battle.

I made tickets in bugtracker of these problems 6 months ago, but it doesnt seem to be fixed.

Main reason AV pops so much is because people always leave it.
