Haunted Herring and Last Week's Mammoth cooking recipe drop locations

I've been farming these for the past week and can't seem to get them to drop. I checked drop locations on wowhead and open wow and still can't get anything to drop. Anyone know where I have the best chance to get these? Anyone have luck with specific non elite mobs or dungeons?

I've seen them drop from RS,OS and ICC trash.

Got a Haunted Herring from a mob in Stranglethorn Vale. It wasnt even in the event atm

Obsidian Sanctum drops these recipes quite often on the trash.

I got last week's mammoth on trash before LDW in ICC, saw it drop in OS too.

I've seen them drop multiple times off icc trash but I believe I got mine off the AH originally, so that's an option. I'm on my phone right now so I can't verify this.

Update: Got on the computer, recipes are bop so apparently I remember buying the foods for another achievement.

I got all the emotion foods as drop of mobs in Kaskala, Borean Tundra. Took like 8hrs of grinding, tho.
